Sinners & Saints (more new news!!!)
This is from a MySpace blog Mark Lind posted not long ago:
"Then the other cool thing was talking to my brother Rob and Dustin Hengst today. I stepped out of work to a nice spring afternoon, put "Highway 101"
by Social Distortion on my iPod and got walking. Once that song ended I needed something that could follow it up. And that turned out to be "Never Too
Young To Die" and "The Sky Is Falling" by Sinners & Saints. When I got home I put the iPod away, took off my coat and called Rob. As usual I was
talking to the answering machine. I declared that the moon was aligned with Venus and we should do a new Sinners & Saints CD. To my surprise Rob
picked up the phone and just said "ok". We start writing this weekend and I am PSYCHED. Not sure what will come of the songs but it will be the first
time since 2002 that we got together with the intentions of doing anything new with that band."

Solid needs, was listening to The Sky Is Falling this morning on the way to work again.
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.
