What are the chances that they even mentioned Saddam or cursed the US? If they WERE terrorists they certainly wouldn't be that stupid. And if they DID
say it, they probably were already planning this lawsuit.
Gotta love our lawyer culture. I'm gonna sue the company that made my desk because I just stubbed my toe. What are my chances?

What's bullshit is the fact that I can't practice my faith when I'm connecting in Chicago heading West because it will get me thrown off the flight
just for being Muslim. NOTICE TO ALL IDIOT AMERICANS: TERRORISTS DON'T DO ACTIVITIES THAT WILL CATCH YOUR ATTENTION BEFORE GETTING ON AN AIRPLANE!
It's just bad tactics.
We Muslims pray 5 times a day, that means we are going to be doing that in airports from time to time. It doesn't mean we are preparing for some
"martyrdom" mission, hell, there are supplications for travelling that faithful Muslims will recite before going on a trip... especially in a flying
tin can!
And from experience I can tell you that many many many imams have rather large guts, so it's not stretch to say that they requested seat belt
extensions for that reason. What good would a seatbelt extension do a terrorist anyway realistically?

well said dave. and obviously they found nothing or it would have been reported, so why were they kicked off the flight. fuck people and their
reactionary bullshit these days. yea, every muslim is out to get you, buy a fucking clue. for the record no i don't think the so called "informers"
should be sued, though the airline should have to answer for this. i'll just throw it in the pile of frivolous american lawsuits.
The very existence of flamethrowers proves that sometime, somewhere, someone said to themselves, ?You know, I want to set those people over there on
fire, but I?m just not close enough to get the job done.? George Carlin

I can agree with everything said here.
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to remember that Henry Rollins was reported to the Australian equivalent to the F.B.I., then brought in for
questioning because some jackoff saw him reading a book about Islam on a plane.

getting worked up about people practicing their faith is wash.
IF they were 'cursing the United States', admittedly, i'd probably be a little uncomfortable. Not afraid they'd try to hijack the plane - cause
really, what are the chances - but that an altercation would occur on the plane between other passangers. I've been on two flights where fights broke
out. Crazy.
Suing the people who said something is also wash.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

Yeah, that was Rollins. He did a great commentary on it.

Yeah, some passenger reported Rollins as a potential terrorist because of the book he was reading on the plane.
