A couple people here told me to get it. I had no idea who they even were until Thorpboard.

You should get all of Mark's stuff. Ducky Boys, Dirty Water, solo, etc. All of it kicks ass.

I sent a mesage to the DUCKY BOYS myspace to see if I can get the 2 older ducky boys cd's. Haven't heard back yet.

You can get the older two through revhq. Just search "Ducky Boys" and they should show up.

I love Three Chords and the Truth,my favorite Ducky Boys album by far.The Double Down Saloon in Vegas has it in their jukebox,I played it a hundred times that night...I tried to get the whole bar to do a sing-a-long,but it always wound up just me singing....good times

Agreed. At different times or in different moods I will favor one album or project above others, but they're all great. Even the old stuff he seems to want to distance himself from.

I have loved everything Mark has done except Dirty Water never really grabbed me. Not exactly sure why.

I love the Dirty Water cd. I think it's better than the first two Ducky Boys albums.

The only thing I don't like about Dirty Water is that there's not more of it.

I think this thread along with the multiple threads about Rob and BfB show exactly why a new Sinners and Saints would be so damn right in so many damn ways. The style and approach of these two brothers is some of the best collaborating I have ever witnessed, The way they compliment one anothers writing and performing is simply amazing. It's like rough and brooding meets thought provoking and intorspective, the touch that both of these fellas put into one sound can't be duplicated and that makes them a very original pair in an otherwise boring world of musical carbon copies. I still haven't heard the new stuff from Mark and wonder why that is??? I need to get on it!
