PATH OF RESISTANCE

I finally got the new cd and this is very good. I splurged on 2 cd's when I picked up the new AOW.

I got to stop buying shit for a while.

See, everyone on here dogged this one... I like it better than the old one. I think some of the more over-the-top straight edge things are just goofs, they are to me anyways. What the hell is straight edge justice anyways? haha.

i never really listened to 'em.
the idea that there was a more-militant, post-earth crisis band turned me off. i had had enough by then.

When the first came out it was so rediculous. However this record does kick ass and maybe now I see the sense of humor.

Yeah, I'm not sure alot of the first album was meant to be taken totally serious... I mean, how could you take a bunch of vegan kids in hoodies and ski/hunting masks ganged up in an abandoned building seriously? Maybe it was then, but that was 10 years ago and these dudes have grown up and grown more nuanced I'm sure in how they feel abotu vegan straight edge. I know I have and I know others who definitely have.

Ya exactly. Back then things were more serious and you had more conviction and to see that cover I was like WHAT THE FUCK ARE THESE GUYS THINKING? Fuck them. However, take it for what it is. the cd jams.
