Back up and running.
What do you guys use for antivirus/firewall.
I was running just norton antivirus 07 before and its clear thats not enough.
Was looking into norton 360, but I'm reading it doesn't support firefox or thunderbird, not sure if I like going back to outlook and IE...though I
suppose if 360 works right it makes their security issues a wash.
Keep in mind, while I'm not a total idiot on the computer, I don't want anything to flashy either.

I was about to ask the same question Jason,
My PC came with a free trial of Macafe, and it worked good, but now I t is expires and I'm running a free trial of AVG.
Does firefox work good?
My friends company runs off of modzilla or something and he doesnt really like it.

I have been using firefox which is mozillas browsers for a couple years now. Its far an away better than IE, no pop ups and no random spyware coming
in. When I just got this thing back up an running I installed thunderbird which is mozillas email client. Looking around at different
antivirus/firewall combos it looks as though no one really supports them in their antivirus. It looks as though if you have a good AV/FW package it
might negate the hightened security firefox and thunderbird provide because the AV/FW provides greater protection in outlook and IE...
I just purchased norton 360...so we'll see what happens.

I've used the most up-to-date McAfee programs for two years now and never once has my computer had any problems.

I'm running a McAfee trial and Norton at the same time.. plus Spy Sweeper. Still somehow a few spywares got in... a Goidr, Quickcheck and iSearch. No
idea how to get rid of them and the info Norton gives me says they are high high risk.

Modem has a built in firewall, its on with open port.
Windows firewall, disabled & no other firewalls installed.
AVG free anti-virus.
That's it.
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.
