The fucked up thing is that this video cost $50,000 and will get played very little. Now before you go all batty understand that 50 k half of it is
considered donated services and the other half came from a grant from Much Music. This video cost me around $1200 in actual cash...which might as
well be 50 k as i'm broke as fuck.

The director probably got paid very little. You have to understand the costs involved with any shoot.
There is the 14 person crew, the props, the lighting, the stage rental, the food...and so on and so on.
Cash was only 25k.
Crazy shit.
