Penn & Teller just did an episode of Bullshit! on colonics. According to their research it doesn't really benefit you at all to have one done. Not
to mention the people who administer those things aren't required to be ceritified by any medical institution.

i have a very sensitive stomach and my mom wants me to get it checked out but ive decided that id rather get the shits than have to endure something
like this. i know when you get older that its innevitable that a doctor is probably going to stick a finger or a tube in your ass but i'll wait until
