Nothing really. Its a short clip. Its some jackass hanging out his driver side, with door open, trying to punch some kid on a bike, his car swirves a
little and his face gets smashed by an on coming car, as he is hanging out the door.

Yup, I've seen that before too, it's actually a parked car he face plants into. I could never tell if the kid on the bike pulled him out or if he just
lost his balance after he slaps the kid, either way, justice dosen't get much more poetic than that. It looks fatal or at least near fatal too.
