is it funny to me, yes, but what's more important is that it's obviously funny to them.
this ain't william hung trying to be serious. they are trying to be funny, right?
i am naive as to what condition they might have, but these guys strike me as being physically disabled. i don't get a mentally disabled vibe or a
William Hung vibe. it seems to me that these guys are mentally strong and realize that if the tables were turned they might find it funny.
i don't know what caused a more intense stare of disbelief, the video BD linked OR the several other videos available.

my first thought was, 'oh boy, i'm going to hell for waching this.'
then once they started singing their wierd-al-style spoof songs in english i realized, 'these guys are takin the piss. they know exactly what they're
doing!'
good for them.
as for their condition, this is only speculation, but it looks like cerebral palsy. which makes sense, because in many cases, they would, as murk
speculated, be aware that what they're doing is, in fact, comical, but would still be severly limited in their control of their own bodies.
(Cerebral palsy is an umbrella term encompassing a group of non-progressive, non-contagious neurological disorders that cause physical disability in
human development, specifically the human movement and posture.)
