Sopranos prediction
Only one episode left...
Does Tony get killed, yes or no?
IF YOU KNOW THE ANSWER, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY WITH ANYTHING THAT GIVES AWAY THE ENDING.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

my guess is no
you can't make spin off movies with no main character, and the franchise makes too much money to let it go
i wll comment on that the lead up to the hits was some of the weakest writing I have ever seen....
okay lets kil them, and they do....
no real drama or suspense....
how long did vito, tony's cousin, big pussy all survive with hits out on them....
oh we got 2 episodes left better kill some main characters off....
fuck bad endings to 8 years of decent story

even though I loved the episode I'll agree with you. They should have ramped up all this business earlier in the season to build up the suspense a
little more. But like I said I like it anyway.

I think it was perfect as is...we've had 8 years of what most people consider build-up only...this is the end result. Cahse isn;t giving us the ending
wrapped up nice with a pretty bow...hes trowing an open box in our laps.

Chase as been saying for a couple years that any movie would be prequel only...so regardless of who lives or dies, a spin off of the after this season
events isn't in the cards. Plus everyone in the cast has said numerous times that they would do this show forever but Gandolfini wants to walk away.

I was happy when I heard the prequel thing because I never could get enough of that Johnny Boy and Junior stuff...would be a great movie.

I usually hate surprises but for some reason with the end of Sopranos I'm staying away from all spoilers. I actually don't want to know what happens
until it happens.

The talk about the flick has been very iffy, and if you read further most of the flick talk is about a Godfather II style story about the grandparents
or something.
Hollywood Daily reports that Chase's rep told her not too long ago that "(Chase) has no plans for it right now. David would have to come
up with an idea he'd really love that was interesting enough for him to try to do. He's not there." But Chase himself admits that, after a
conversation with fellow writer and producer Tom Fontana (Oz, Homicide and St. Elsewhere), he's found possible inspiration. "(Fontana) said, 'You
could do a story about the Sopranos' grandparents first coming to this country,'" Chase told MTV News. "I had never thought about that. That was
interesting to me."
Either Phil or Tony will have to die, unless Tony turns rat and I don't see that happening. Tony's lost most of his guys, he's really backed up into a
corner.
I could be wrong, I only got into this show recently. But I predict that Tony will die.
And on a longshot, I predict that Paulie will turn on him.

paulie has been with new york for a long time....
and he did botch the hit last week by delegating...
man that would fucking suck,
but he has been passed over, and always hated T's love of christopher over him....
yeah fuck this show now

This is spoiler free as Paulies "end" is unclear from my research...but I'm saying no way on that one. What would be the point. The traitors and rats
storylines have been done to death over the past couple years...I'd hate to think they're going try and cram that story arc into one last episode.
Plus its a lot more fitting that Paulie is all Tony would be left with. All his earners are gone and hes left to rot with an obsessive compulsive
whack job like Paulie. Plus Paulie already tried going to NY and failed miserably. Like Beansie said in 'Remember When' ..."you and the guys are the
only family he's got"

Paulie either has to stand behind Tony or jump ship to NY (assuming he lives at all). The whole jealousy thing building up over time (even down to his
aunt's funeral). The family is effectively dead, I can't see Tony & Paulie building it back up after this, especially since they'd have to whack most
of NY to avenge all their guys (most of whom were blood related so T won't just swallow it). I think the choice is made.
I think it's just as fitting (poetic even) that the last guy that Tony thinks he can count on is the one guy who will end up whacking him. What better
way to get on NY's good side after he fucked it up the first time?

Yeah but his Aunt's funeral he wasn't pissed at T, he was grateful he was the only one that showed up.
Anything is possible on this show, but I would really hate for it to go out with a major character having a huge plot twist in the last episode with
utterly no lead in to it.

I'm already scared enough Chase is going to give us a St. Elsewhere type ending where the whole thing was a dream.

I don't think there is any way he can end it where we will be happy
how about that shitty end to the relationship withthe shrink...
just now she figures out he's no good...and shit wont help him
fucking lame, here read this report....
and it will be paulie becasue tony didn't whack him on the vacation...
just for tony to have that last minute of regret...
like if I would have dont that there, this wouldn't be happening now...
