In my area, that would probably be a $200,000 house, easily. The market here is fucking disgusting..... for example.

$89,900!? Fuck me I wish houses that nice were that cheap here lol. Even the former government housing homes here built over 40 years ago are over
$120,000US and these are shit 2-3 bedroom homes with no basement or 2nd level. Just 1 floor or poorly insulated cinder block housing
$89,900.00 USD = $106,866.81 AUD
Man I'd buy it lol
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

1 level with no basement, houses don't have basements here. Its a fucking nice place though, wish we could afford it.

Bakc ont he market beginnning of April. No offers but about 9 people looking. That was over a month ago though. None since. It's really pissing me
off. This is the only think holding me up with school and my future. geting out from this house would reduce our out of pocket expenses dramatically
and make life alot easier.
