Ya, the Bob Mould kind. Not bad. I picked up 'copper blue' for $5. reminds me of a drama club chick I made nookie with. She liked stuff like this.
Funny. I like it too. Not in a dude this si awsome way but in a man those were cool times and this music is in a way innocent, honest pop with a rock
feel to it.
Also I am new to HUSKER DU. Could someone post a list of good stuff to get of theres. they had a one called something "APPLE" or whatever. I heard
they are hit or miss so I figured I'd start with a hit and ask before I got some stuff.

yea mould solo is better than sugar. i'm a pretty big husker du freak. honestly depends on what sound you're looking for. land speed record is really
fast hardcore from like '81. flip your wig is my favorite husker du record. way more poppy from 86/87ish. zen arcade might be a good start for you,
it's kind of all over the place. lots of songs, lots of different aspects of their sound. i suspect a few people might be too "hardcore" to listen to
husker du. whatever. flat out one of the best bands ever.

"The Girl Who Lives on Heaven Hill" is one of my all time faves. From any band.
Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where
cunts like me and you can truly take it easy and relax. Know what I mean?

Little known fact: Bob Mould is a huge pro wrestling fan and actually was part of the writing team for WCW in the late 90's.
He's also openly gay, which I didn't know until just now checking out Wikipedia.
I always thought his music was ok, never got too into him or his bands though.

the first 2 Husker Du albums are flat out hardcore.
after that they began slow down a bit.
i used to jam-the-fuck-out-of Flip Your Wig back in 80s.
if you compare Zen Arcade to Flip Your Wig, it's hard to tell there the same band.
