Sleeping during the day
I just woke up after a 4 hour nap. Fucking amazing.

I take a 1/2 hour nap on lunch at work everyday and it usually does me pretty well!

On topic, if I go to ground I'm down for awhile, I'm more the "go til I'm exhausted then sleep for 10 hours and start all over" type.
Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where

Every once and a while ill have an hour or two nap, just been doing it a lot since I got back from the states cause of Jetlag and general laziness. If
i do it on a normal day I wont be able to sleep that night

I fall asleep at work sometimes for 10 minutes or until the door beeps.
I fall asleep watchin tv.
I have the urge to sleep while driving. yes, dangerous, i know.
but anytime i try and nap on purpose, i cant fall asleep.

I hate naps. Unless I'm just completely fucking exhausted taking a nap makes me feel ten times worse than not taking one and if I actually am
exhausted, there's no way I can sleep for a few minutes or just an hour or so. The rare occasion where I'm so tired I just hafta take a nap, I crash
out, wake up either too soon feeling like shit, sleep eight to ten hours or most disorienting of all, sleep for an hour or two then wake up for a
couple hours only to pass out again for a couple hours and keep that cycle up for twelve hours or so.
