THE DEAD MILKMEN APPRECIATION

One of the greatest bands ever. Not for influence/trendsetting or whatever, but just for rocking out and having a great sense of humor on everything.

If you do not appreciate please explain yourself. Is it that you never gave them a chance or that they were always dissed around your circle so you shut them out? Or was it that you truley think they suck becasue the music is weak? Or is it that the videos on MTV back int he late 80's annoyed you because they got very popular?

I figured on THORP that most would appreciate because they have the FUNK and rock out and are hilarious, and rock out.

I have always been into them since I first heard them in 1988. It was easy for a 12 year old snothead like me to like songs about tiny towns/Camaro's/retards/zoo's/killer lizards/smelly poops from your granmother, etc.

my buddy's sister lived in a house with the one dude.
i always loved some of them songs
i forget the titles but:

Stuart, I like you, youre not like the other people here in the trailer park.....

how i love to sing and vomit, you dont know the joy that i get from it....

i'm gonna beat my wife....

i think they did a reunion show a few years back.
they were cool.

The bass player killed himself about 5 years ago or so.

One dude is into compters with some company in Philly.

I think three of the remeaining members have others bands.

THE LOW BUDGETS

Then BURN WITCH BURN
and some others.
