PC Deathsquad played some place an hour to the east of SD and some other places on the outer rim of SD, chula vista, i think. i'll try to find them.

El Centro, El Cajon and Chula Vista all have shows too, but i don't know the venues.

As far as all ages go, it's the Che or house shows. The bar scene is a totally different animal. There's constant shows at the Tower Bar, Zombie
Lounge, Alibi, Winstons (sporadically), Ken Club and a few others.
