moving to a new server.
i'll let you know when it's gonna happen once i figure it out.

today is the day.
- close the boards here this afternoon.
- transfer the dns to point all traffic to the new server.
- install in bessageboard software on the new server.
- import all data from the old database
- reopen the boards.
if all goes well, it shouldn't take more than a day.
