i buy a pack from time to time when my nerves are shot.
surprisingly its not become a full time thing.
my sons mom quit when she got pregnant with him, and then started again. i think she quit again. i dunno.
I am thinking about cutting back on coffee myself. I quit it once and it was fuckin dreadful. but i just want to cut back this time maybe by like 30%. maybe not. i love the stuff.
you'll be able to do it dude. you did it before.

Just quit. No second chances, No bogie's, no mulligan's. Just quit. If you want to of course. Seriously want to.

Yup. It's been almost two years since I last had a smoke. No lie, I went from smoking two packs a day, everyday, maybe more on the weekends when drinking and then I just totally quit. Feel better than I ever have, and never get an urge to grab a loosie, pack, nothing.

I made my wife do it. I told her I will not settle with a smoker. Sure I sleep with her , but I would not settle with a smoker. I would not raise my future children around it. I hate it. So she quit immediately back in 1999. Not a single time has she ever regretted it. The trick is to REALLY WANT TOO AN MEAN THAT SHIT. No half assing its got to be foreal.

A friend of mine swore he quit by convincing himself (literally saying "I don't smoke" out loud, over and over again) he didn't smoke, self hypnosis I guess. I'm reading this book right now called "Freakonomics", and he claims you can get anyone to do anything with the correct incentive. So the incentive is the key. I tried once by doing 25 pushups everytime I wanted a smoke.

Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where cunts like me and you can truly take it easy and relax. Know what I mean?

^^^^^^^ Now that is a great idea. Seriously. 2 good things come out of that. Exercise/better health and no smoking/better health.

A win, win situation.

I miss smoking. I loved it and didn't want to quit but it got too expensive. When they jumped in price to like 9 bucks a pack I fucking quit. I still buy a pack once or twice a year if I'm going on a serious drinking binge, otherise I don't bother.

Think of each cig like another nail in your coffin. That might do the trick.

Seriously, good luck and hold strong MBV.
