I usually don't put anything on my steak, but I have become partial to that PC garlic rub-marinade. Never fuck with a good cut of beef though.
Montreal steak salt isn't bad either.

^^^^^^^^^ I'd like to know this as well. I love some BLACKEND SALMON or BLACKENED CHICKEN though. Whatever that is, is great.
