Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

as far as I know it should be exactly the same as the iPod. Just make sure that your iTunes is set to manual update and not auto update.

go to the Apple store and check one out before you buy it. They are really cool but if you do a lot of messaging then you may not like the keyboard. I didn't. But if you're just looking for an entertaining device it's top notch.

there are two primary selling points for me:
- native mac smart phone makes syncing with my macs at home a snap (no winmo file converters or old-ass palm os)
- with a real web browser, i can handle any technical aspect of my job from anywhere with ease (server issues, website file updates, etc).

my sprint contract is up and my phone is literally falling apart. i'm thinking of moving to at&t soon, getting a small subsidized phone like the Samsung A727 for a couple bucks, then picking up the next version of the iPhone when it comes out.

still looking for more ffedback on the AT&T network though, so if anyone uses it, lemme know how you feel.

Yes the web browser is badass but unless connected to WIFI the speed isn't great. EDGE is slow for non-WAP browsing. A 3G iPhone would be top notch. As for the AT&T network, I tried it out. It gets a good signal just about everywhere except in my house. My mom, my best friend, and another one of my friends have Blackberrys on AT&T and they have no problems with the network. Also in my experience the customer service wasn't as bad people say it is.

I have a Blackberry Pearl with AT&T...the monthly charge for the data plan is a little high, but the service is great where I'm at.
I had Sprint for 2 years...I was so glad when my contract ran out, worst customer service I've ever dealt with, and the signal in my area sucked big time.
