Guitar Hero 3

Anyone pick it up? I picked it up at the midnight releae last night. If anyone has it for 360 and wants to do some head to head or co-op, hit me up on the 360.

Gamertag: xnmex13

Gonna go play now ;)

Loved GH2. Is this one worth picking up?

DEFFINETLY worth picking up for the online play alone. Pretty decent song selection. I have only played thru medium soo far and have not tried any of the bonus tracks yet.

The boss battles are pretty cool. Instead of star power you get powers to send over to your opponent that fucks with them making them mess up in a variety of ways. Same thing is availible in 2 player mode so you can mess each other up.

i played GH at a friend's house recently.
i liked it OK, but it was kind of exhausting, having to watch SO closely for 3, 4 minutes at a time.
i never had much interest in playing instruments, so maybe that's why i was only mildly interested.
also played golf & bowling on the wii that night, and MUCH preferred them!

If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

I have GHII and I ordered GHIII. It's supposed to be delivered tomorrow and I can't wait. I'll finally have two guitars and can do multiplayer stuff!

It is a rythm type game where you play a plastic guitar to a scrolling note chart...

Here is a video that explains it all. It is the game screen (a VERY dificult song) and a picture-in-picture view of the guy playing the controller.

its like the "Dance Dance Revolution" game, but you press buttons on a toy guitar insted of stomping on a control pad.
