my knee joints
fucking hurt. This is crazy. I have had a MRI and x ray of them and all clear. However inflamation is there and I have something called petella
something syndrome but the doc said its common. I can't run a lap around the local track without serious pain. This sucks.
What can I do to help it from hurting and get back to running again?

I've had quite a bit of pain in my knees as well.
First, my doctor perscribed something called Mobix, which an arthritis med. Worked immediately, but it was expensive and I didn't want to be on a
perscription forever.
I started taking Glucosamine Chondroitin in the evening, and, while it seemed to take a while to kick in, it really has eased the pain. Plus I feel
better taking something more natural.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

^^^^^ I take Glucosamine but I do not have the condroitin though. My wife said I need to get what you take instead of what I do not. Apparently what
you ahve really helps and what I have hardly does. I also have a antiinflamitory that does help but when I do run it hurts like a bitch. Even while
taking it. If I don't take it I bet I would be laid out in pain. This is really worrying me.
It has messed with my Police gig. In fact I couldn't run so I am out. ON my own terms though. I had the Doctor give the diagnosis of the Petilla
fermoral syndrome thing and they were ok with it. Luckily I was able to grab a couple classes at the local community college so I am continuing the
education.
I really want ot figure out a way to help this though. Its getting int he way of all daily activities.
Int he morning I am going to focus on MORE WATER. STRETCHING. AND BETTER WORKOUTS WITHOUT RUNNING. I got to drop some weight. THe doctor did not say
it point blank but I think its the weight that is causing the pain. If I could drop at 45 pounds. That is like walking around with a huge weight from
a weight bench. Thats alot of fucking weight on the knees.

Yeah, the lower body will totally help. Glucosamine Chondroitin is great and does take time to be effective. It is almost like you have to "load"
it.
Stretching is key and ice after exercise.

Tai Chi helps with the knees brother. Since I started doing internal kung fu my knees have never felt better. I've had problems since I was a lad. Had
surgery when I was 10 to remove extra cartilage from one knee. Never have physical therapy though, now my thigh is smaller than the other leg.
