Yah... that shit is crazy! Its called Noodling and its actualy only legal in 1 or 2 states because there is no sportsmanship in it. They wait until
the catfish are spawning and then guys stick their arms into holes underwater where the fish lay eggs, grab the fish and pull them out, most of the
time getting bit in the process. The biggest danger in it is putting your hand in a hole that has a snapping turtle in it insted of a catfish by
accident!

It is also legal here in Missouri. You can get a permit for it. Just started a few years ago (the permits). That didn't stop folks before though.
