Puscifer

http://www.puscifer.com/

some you guys might dig this.

this is the new project from Maynard, the singer of Tool.

it sounds NOTHING like Tool whatsoever.

it isn't until the last song that his voice is recognizable, but even then it doesn't sound like Tool or A Perfect Circle.

the super simple description:

throw Beck, Leonard Cohen, NIN, Sisters Of Mercy in a Blender and add elements that range from strange to epic.

EVERY song could easily be used in a movie.

the whole album streams from their website.

the stand outs for me are Dozo, Momma Sed and Indigo Children.

it's one of those records that really grows on you.

i had gotten tired of tool and the last a perfect circle record i got was a disappointment.
i'd buy the cd.
