Well, it's only a month right? I'd be skeptical with any sort of long term usage, because presumably this would increase blood flow to the penis and
that's surely going to increase your heart rate and blood pressure to some degree. Certainly not something I'd be doing for years, that's for sure.
There's Chinese herbal lotions out there specifically for rubbing on the ole dong, so there are natural ways to go about it.
