Way behind but.......

I know this is old news for some, but I finally managed to buy and watch both the Grindhouse films. Holy shit wow, they are awesome! I especially dug the soundtrack to Death Proof, has anyone heard more of this girl April March? Her song Chick habit played during the movies credits is really damn good and I looked her up. I was considering buying an album to try her other stuff out and wanted to know if anyone had heard anymore from her? If you dig 60's garage rock type stuff with a twist I recommend checking her out, at least that one tune. I am assuming her other stuff is along the same lines. Damn good movies !!!!!!

Anyone check out April March? If so, what did you think, worth looking into? I want to order a CD on Amazon, but can't sample the whole thing, I'm about to say fuck it and live dangerously :)

I liked that song too, but after checking into her was told that she's really the bottom of the line of that stuff and unfortunately, I don't really know who is better. I did find out that pretty much all of her stuff aside from that one song is in French and is meant to sound like 60s French Girl Pop music. I did listen to all the samples I could because, as I said, I was interested too after hearing that song in the movie, but I was much lesss interested in checking her out after hearing more.

I dunno if that helps at all, but those are my thoughts on the April March matter.

Have you ever noticed how crayons are a lot like M&M's? All the colors tend to taste the same.

I LOVE Planet Terror. Me and my fiance are actually using a reference from that movie for our wedding ring engraving... "Two against the world"

Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.
