Dave I hope it does too. It is a bad time but hey if mine sold in Lorain, Ohio of all places I'm sure yours will too. To get an idea of what Lorain,
Ohio is like and its economics think of the BIlly Joel song Allentown and take away the pride of your city/town, then you have Lorain.
