California legislation proposed

theres about to be a proposal in California that would require drug screening for welfare recipients. I would like to see this become Federal law, and why the fuck is it not already. the bill was initially proposed in an essay contest by a teenager who is physically disabled due to being born with meth, coke, alcohol and a bunch of other shit in his system due to his welfare check collecting piece of shit of a mother who birthed him a junky. My question is this, do any of you see a reason not to make this a fedral mandate, it would probably disqualify 99.9 % of the slugs who collect right now. I would love to see this go all the way.

I COMPLETLY support this and would LOVE To see it as a Federal Law. I think that there should be drug screening for people on disability also and it should be for perscription and non-perscription abuse.

This may take off like wildfire, Call your local representative and make em hip to where you stand on this issue. maybe we could get this moving along in other states, thats the way to Federalize it eventually. Seriously, write an e-mail or make a phone call and let them know how much you support this. I am going to.
