I called that Dell number a few times because i wrecked my PC and it was terrible.
I finally got some spanglish person who helped me.
Verizon was just as bad if not worse when i was having trouble with my DSL years ago.
Dude was telling me crap to type and I couldn't understand what fuckin letters he was saying.
that was bad.
and im no computer genius either.
I work around tons of professionals from other parts of the world, whom i am patient with because they are polite and understand the language barrier,
but fuckers on the phone just piss me off sometimes.
thank god i dont have to call help lines much.
