Is it true they had releases on roadrunner in the early 90's or is that the other gorguts?
On the topic of Entombed their album "To Ride, Shoot Straight and Speak the Truth" is underrated and never mentioned much often overshadowed by
wolverine blues and etc..but it is damn good.
Heard the new immolation is good too. I have a vid they shot on my computer.
Just a litte taste of Newer releases/recent years metal releases that I dig:
Enslaved -Isa
Harakiri - Twilight of the Idols
Wasteform - Crushing The Reviled(one of the best death metal albums of 2003 in my opinion)
Vehemence - god was created, helping the world to see both good albums but they recently lost their singer, and he is being replaced by the ex singer
of from a second story window....I don't know how I feel about this.
Broken Hope - Loathing
Unleashed - Sworn Alleigance, besides two gawdy cheesdick songs this album nis pretty good.
I do need to listen to the new vader and whatnot. Kreator just released something too correct?
edit: Goatsnake, Rune, Eyehategod
Also High on Fire is alright.
As for Ion dissonance...I have no clue what I'd classify them as. I am horrible at descriptions or genres. Seeing them and buried inside on june 2nd.

it's the same gorguts but all of the earlier albums a pretty standars death metal. The new hate eternal is a mindblowing album, although not out
yet, and axis of perdition, esoteric (UK), and a few other bands are really good. the new immolation is kin kind of a holding pattern, no great
improvement and a worse recording than in the past.

Erik Rukan(sp?) who use to be in morbid angel sings for them right?
I saw a video once on tv something with a guy wearing a cloak/robe and them playing in a graveyard or ruins, it was a good song though. I need to
check out their releases though, never got around to actually doing it.

the old drummer from immolation grew up here in UD (right nexta philly), when the family house caught on fire, he ran in to save his drums before his
crackhead mom.....
broken hope loathing is a great record, are they still around?
