BRUISERS reunion show rumors....

Got this in an email today from a friend, don't know the source if it yet...

"good friends al barr (of dkm),jeff bruiser and todd radict have been discussing a possible bruisers reunion and it looks like its going to go on! we are just waiting for the club to confirm! they will be doing two shows one in boston and the other in new york city the se are the only shows that they will play! the date we are shooting for is may 15 at legendary cbgbs for a legendary band! you dont want to miss this!"

I went to the Bruisers official site and checked into it and it seems like there are some talks about it in their guestbook. Jeff (lead guitarist) said they are in the works for a 1 time show, hopefully at CBGB's but is not sure there will be a Boston show (which I think is kinda fucked up but I will make the trip to NY for this.)

Anyone else hear anything? I would give my right nut for this show to happen!

I fuckin love the Bruisers but never got to see them live. Al's finest work, DKM can't touch this shit.

"no fear good freinds brothers to the end"

just take a look at the papers
your leaders
they\'re killers
they\'re liars
what they do in your
name to make the bodies pile higher
the murders, the terror
they\'ve done it forever
as we sit band and smile
at the script they sell us
but now the victims, they\'re rising
their numbers\'s multiplying
they want their revenge for the years
that they\'ve been dying

Fuck, I hate being in the middle of nowhere! I would kill to see this show. In fact, I've already got a list of about twenty people to start with, but I don't really see how that'll help me get to the show....

Hey, why didn't I think of that? Duane, you and me need to team up, we could make such a great killing spree duo.

Too bad most of the people on my list have no money either.....

See? Just what I mean. With ideas like that, how can we lose? The combination of murder and eBay is pure brilliance.

So, it looks like the chances of it being pushed back... well, that's what happened.

I think CBGB's might be open longer than they planned because Agnostic Front is booked to play June 12th but someone already booked the 15th of May.

I read that September was probably a better plan because the guys will be good and over with Warped. Any new news I haven't heard?
