Hey you Aussie dudes..........
I was just in Perth and saw this band Mindsnare. I also picked up cd's from Against and Miles Away. What do you guys think about the Perth scene and
whats up with these Aussie bands.

Aussie's Toe To Toe kicks ass. And Mouthguard. And for youthcrew addicts, check out Just Say Go on Round 3 records.
Will the Under One Flag ep only be on vinyl?

Haven't been to any shows in Perth, but I'll be going over for some in the mid-year.
Mindsnare are a Melbourne band, been doing it for 12 years now. Against are NCHC ... from the North Coast, they are ok ... they did a madball cover
once. Miles Away are good live but not really my thing. A bit too melodic.

I'm sweet for Against since seeing them in Brisbane in 2003 and again a few weeks ago here in Adelaide they still rocked it.
I keep hearing from friends in Perth how good it is there but never been myself. One day I'll go visit.
Good bands from Australia:
From The Ruins
Burn For Me
Miles Away
Mindsnare
No Grace
Against
Jungle Fever
Stolen Youth
Stronghold
Chuck Norris
Last Nerve
At All Cost Was Everything
Shotpointblank
etc etc its fucking fun here.
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.
