yes, they are fropm detroit, but are spelled pittbul. they released their first lp on nemesis records a long time ago and some cds on the german label lost and found after that.
i saw them a few times back in the nineties.i liked them a lort.
you should try to get theit first lp (straight forward hc like judge) and the casualty cd (hc with an unsane/helmet edge). their best stuff.

it was allready said, but all I can really say is I knew they were from Detroit. I know that they were friendly with Slapshot in the early 90's... thats all I got.

BINGO! Thanks dude. I went to the page. My friend let me borrow his CD for a while and I had it for like 3 years. The song Follow The Leader is the song I have been waiting for and I can DL it from the myspace page. Thank you so much man.

They were one of the bands Barnsey did a release for on Disconnected Records.

I think a member or 2 was in COLD AS LIFE. At least at one point.

I've been looking for The Very Worst of Pittbull for like a year and nobody has it. Their site used to be motorcityhardcore.com

I got the following:

Pittbull/Ryker's split
Live From Germany
New All Time Low
Self Titled

I used to chat with J Pittbull on Soulseek and got him on AIM, he had plans to do a band with Beast but I don't think it ever happened. This band was awesome, didn't they play a big gig in Detroit or NY last year with Negative Approach & Cold As Life?

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

Agreed. All four kick ass. I love ALD and Niblick Henbane so those were worth every penny. I hadn't previously heard Headstrong but that cd turned out to amazing. The Pittbull cd is solid start to finish. I can't wait to see what he puts out next.
