polish, i believe.

all the gyros around here (near atlantic ave) are from our arabic brothers. unfortunately, it's kinda hit or mis on quality.

The gyros in the neighborhood where I work are made by Mexicans. They seem to make them well enough, but the Greeks in my neighborhood are definately better.
