I thought this would be divisive. Both bands have diehard fans. I shall cast my vote for Rose Tattoo, although I do have love for early Dickless
Maiden, they can't touch Rose Tattoo.

almost every shaggy haired boy in my middle school in 1986 had a denim jacket with a Maiden back patch.
I dig Rose Tattoo but don't see them in the same catagory really.
Maiden up till 86 is golden.

Rose Tattoo is metal? Hmm, never knew.
Pound for pound it's not even close. Rose tattoo has a handful of Great songs, Iron Maiden has a handful of great records. It's really a no brainer,
it has nothing to do with age. Just science.
