This video provided by the DEA shows a toddler being forced to ingest marijuana. The image of the toddler has been blurred by 10TV. Angel Dailey, 16,
was arraigned Friday on two counts of corrupting another with drugs, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of misdemeanor child endangerment. The
juvenile complaint states Dailey "participated in the administration and holding the child while causing her to ingest marijuana and/or illegal
drugs."

THe penalty is not nearly what it should be. That child should be placed in a family that would take care of her. Those douchebags should be castrated
