What happened to Ebay and authorities cracking down on scalpers...
Yeah, I know, it's been going on along time. Ebay used to take down tickets for sale above face value. It's like it's not illegal anymore. Fucking
hell, I want Maiden tickets damn it! and not nosebleed bullshit!

I think its only illegal to sell them for more than face value in the same state as the concert is being held. So a guy in RI can sell tickets for a
show in MA for any price he wants.

different states have different resell limits (X% of face value).
if you live in one of those states, when you start the auction, you list the face value, then ebay limits the max final price.
of course, people just list face values higher than what they actually are to get around ebay's system.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.
