Its a bummer, I'm still waiting too. I'm just not as bothered becuase I got the MP3's.
Didnt you/they/someone say that the vinyl was late and that they were expecting to get it at B9 in Salem yesterday? That means they still have to
assemble the packages and get them sent out.

They have the album on that download site that was posted.
And for the record, it is a really good album and worth the extra wait.

Chris Wrenn is a man of the people. I'd contact them and let them know of the situation to see what they can do to make it right.

^^^^^^^^ I just called and dude was kind of rude. Like I was bothering him when I wanted to check on my order. He asked for what. I said "the h2o lp
preorder package and cd". He was like the lp's haven't came in yet. I asked "when do you expect them?" He says sometime this week.
I know shit happens sometimes, but at least give a heads up. Besides I would think that product would be already made before it is actually sold. If
not I would think that is not a good sign for the label.

Preorders are a great way to bring some money in (and to help pay for) a product before you actually have it produced. Makes cashflow a little
easier. Unfortunately, things happen, and sometimes schedules get pushed - which sucks if you've advertised a release or ship date for the item.
I'm not posting this as a knock against other labels, but as an explanation.
We don't do preorders or presales. We sell items only after they are in our possession, which is often (but not always) before they are available in
stores.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

Well, for about the past 10 years, I'd say more than half of the 'popular hardcore' bands releases have been pressed with pre-order money. It's a
pretty common occurance not just related to B9.
If I ever tried to do that I'd be in trouble, good luck pressing 1000 ngs CD's with the pre-order bank roll of 2 euro kids. =)
As for them being rude, yeah they were probably dicks...but you also have to realize hardcore kids are generally more stupid than the population at
large and probably swamp these guys in retarded questions all day long leading them to be shitheads to questions of any sort.

I understand the delay and its probably not the lables fault, just an unforseen incident that is making the stuff late. Being rude on the phone is
shitty.
Pkus at this point if the vinyl STILL isnt there than they wont ship until Wednesday/Thursday at the Absolute earliest. That means that it will be 2+
weeks after release date before people MIGHT get the 'PRE-ORDER' packages. Thats kind of shitty and excessive.
I would expect something like that from a small lable or an indipendent release done by a band, but B9 is right up there with the biggest hardcore
lablels.

The bullshit part is that they're holding back on the rest of the package in order to wait for the LP. I realize this sucks for a label to have to
do, but you ship what you have now with a note that says "Sorry, other stuff hasn't come in yet, but here's what we have already. We'll get the rest
out ASAP." If this means the label has to pay for shipping twice, sorry... that sucks... buy you decided to do the pre-order and get the money up
front. It's the least you can do.
And I don't know about B9, but plenty of labels charge way more than actual shipping cost, so I really don't feel bad if they have to ship two
separate packages, since you already paid that cost in shipping.

B9 has a habit of doing this shit. They were MONTHS late when I preordered the Slapshot album from them a few years back. Fuck that shit.

I got bored and checked the B9 store. With priority shipping, the vinyl package + CD comes out to $10 shipping. Someone explain to my why the
following is unreasonable...
1) Put CD + t-shirt + poster (folded in half) in a flat rate priority mail envelope - cost is $4.80.
2) When LP comes in stock, send it priority mail. Given the weight of an LP and any necessary packaging, I find it hard to believe this will cost
more than the priority mail minimum price of $4.80.
Transaction leaves customer happy, B9 happy, and B9 still makes an additional $1.40 off of the shipping charge (unless they outsource that to someone
like MerchNow).

^^^^^^^^^ Ya at the very least send me the cd and shirt. I'll wait fo rthe record even though I am curious of the color. For this shit I really now
want the GREEN color. Since I ordered the moment it was listed on B9 thanks to my man HONUS.

Yeah, I might have moved by the time this is delivered. Bastards. I might call them and get them to re-route the order.
