horrible friday the 13th for me. Found out I have very high blood pressure. It freaked me the fuck out. I need to get blood work done which freaks me
out even more. Totally ruined what could have been a great day. I guess its time I get my ass in gear and start making some serious changes.

thanks Dak. Im already on a bunch of meds for anxiety/depression so im doing everything I can to make sure I dont have to go on another med. Im
keeping a daily log of food intake. Measuring out my portions and eating a lot of fruits and veggies.
