I'm stoked about getting the total number down to acceptable levels.
Still need to get the good cholesterol up, however. I'm definitely eating the right stuff, so I'm sure it's my weight that's keeping the HDL down.
Hopefully a few more months at the gym will help.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.
