We found our dog “Scrapple” today. Unfortunately he was hit by a car on Foulk road and his body washed up on the bank of a nearby creek. My family is devastated by this but I would like to thank anyone who helped by posting bulletins, in message boards and just offering to lend a hand in any way.

Some times I get short sighted and forget that there are decent people who will lend a hand without any benefit or gain. His death has taught me that…

Thanks,
~tone

Tone,

I can't tell you how sorry I am. I lost my first dog about 15 months ago and I know exactly what you are going through. My heart and prayers to your family.

What town do you live in? We'd like to donate to your local humane society in his name.

Please take care.

very sorry to hear this news tone.

number one reason why i don't want pets...i can't bear losing them every decade or so.
admittedly, the cost is a close number two.

Sorry to hear bro. Losing a pet is just as hard as losing a human family member.

that sucks.

How do you know where he got hit, and did the driver actually throw him in the creek?

that really sucks, but in some ways I would think that knowing what happened is better than never finding him.

Take care.
