I watched COPS last night and they were in LAS VEGAS. This husband and wife who are heroin junkies with 2 little kids. They went to the house and she
kept repeating that she needed help to get off it. They were going to salvation army for 6 months but then the officer asked where did she get the
junk from. She said, "don't I get money for telling you". She got all happy, and they new where it would go so they walked away form her. They let her
off saying the kids are better with her than a foster home. Some kids just have it very tough. This was in 1995 though so I wonder what happened to
them?
