New Thorp Releases

The New Breed's "Off The Beaten Path" and Forced Reality's "Unheard, Unreleased And Under The Boot" are now available ONLY in the THORP STORE. The new release from THE DUCKY BOYS will be available in a few days as well.

Heard 'em? Let us know what you think.

THE NEW BREED blend street punk , rock and roll, and folk with Celtic and rustic/country influences to deliver a soul-gripping masterpiece with "Off The Beaten Path". Gritty, yet melodic and memorable, vocals with lyrics that convey the heart of the working class -- all draped over catchy and passionate riffs, make for a record full of listening pleasure for all with
ears to hear.

Before "street punk" became the clean marketing catch phrase to dress Oi! music up with; before you ever saw a Fred Perry shirt adorned by some wanna-be rock star on MTV; before a band could have a major label release with choruses chanting "Oi, Oi, Oi", there was FORCED REALITY. Fronted by Pete Morcey, the current singer of metalcore band 100 Demons (Deathwish Inc), Forced Reality stomped the punk scene in Connecticut for the better part of a decade and served to influence such legendary acts as Dropkick Murphys and The Bruisers. With several releases on TAANG! Records (Slapshot, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, The Business, etc), Unheard, Unreleased, and Under The Boot is a collection of unreleased tracks and B-sides that beg to be heard.

If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

Awesome!

Have you ever noticed how crayons are a lot like M&M's? All the colors tend to taste the same.
