I would love to have that Bad Brains Fairey print. I think that the building in that picture is in Providence which makes it even cooler!

It probably would go higher if you framed it from the get-go so the corners didn't bend and what not. Plus the cost of the frame and time to do it.

Curious how much did you initially pay if you don't mind me asking?

selling framed prints is a pain in the ass.
people don't want to pay to ship a framed print.
i sold a fairey print about two years ago for about $900.
it was framed, but the buyer worked in nyc, so we just met up for the delivery.

Well, it sure as hell isn't in top notch condition, what with the vans sneakers holding down the corners and what not. Also, around where the signature is, it looks to be dinged a bit.

Yeah, it's a similar style to the building downtown that was used as the old daily planet in Superman. LA city hall is a pretty iconic image though, and he's been out here for a long time, so it makes sense.
