The problem with your statement is that Jewish does not simply mean the Jewish religion, it is also an ethnic group. So your statement can come off

Actually, neither of us specified, really, and considering Kabalah is part of Judaism in a broader sense, there is no need to specify.
And, you can say, "fuck all religion," or "fuck all organized religion." But when you start specifying/picking and choosing, it implies a certain
amount of bigotry .
Also, as siczine pointed out, "jewish" defines an ethnic group/race, as well.
