I ran 10 miles with my dog today
It was awesome too. We hit the park and ran for an hour and 45 minutes. This is after we went for a 30 minute hike the day before in the woods and
he was running with his friends outside for a couple of hours.
He finally fell asleep three hours after we go back today. I hope he stays down for the night.

I wish I had long legs. I was training for a half marathon that was last weekend. I competed in a hockey tournament a few weeks ago that banged me
up pretty good so I took the week after off to recharge. I thought I had more time to train but lost a week somehow and so I bailed on the half. I
will run the one in the fall.
