I look forward to it. That press release is a little corny, but whatever.

Exactly but hey, I don't care. I never missed a show when they came to town in the late 90's. Always fun. Ezek was always super cool.

Man Skarhead was one of the best live bands that I have ever seen. It was like going to a party and there was a band that everyone loved playing all night.

The one time I met Ezek he was so cool to chill and talk with. The guy seemed to have all the time in the world for his fans.

So according to the Myspace line-up its Ezec and a bunch of other dudes who had nothing to do with it, and of course Gook who's in every reunited band in the Northeast.

:cul:

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

I was thinking about Gook and how he pops up everywhere. He is either really liked or wears out his welcome constantly. I would think he's well liked.

Yeah I chatted briefly when Merauder played in Toronto, nice guy and certainly puts himself out there all the time.

I think Gook, Riggs and AK Ray played in Skarhead in the later era. They def all played in "Danny Diablo."

Yeah just doesn't feel right without dudes from Drugs Money Sex or Kings At Crime. No Goat or Mitts?

Well Mitts does Madball full time now. Not sure what Goat does, but Riggs is available since he's not in Madball.

They have the line up on the myspace page. Some new dude on vocals with Ezek too. He's got an insane back tattoo. VERY cool.

Yeah, CeeKay Jones. He did this last tour and Europe with him and PR Myke. He's also Ezec's hypeman when he does the rap stuff. He has a street CD/Mix Tape that's pretty good.

I think the whole Gucci Punk persona is kinda oxymoronic, but his music is sick, Kill for LA is a fuckin rad song.

A couple of my friends went to this. They said the crowd was small and no one was moving.
