Interesting day I had.
I had to do an interview for an MMA magazine that I write for and they wanted me to hit up Deegan from the MM and do a whole deal on him. So I went to
the Circuit CIty at the mall to by one of those hand held digital recorders to record the interview. I was at the back of the store where the
recorders were and there was an argument going on at the front between and elderly gentleman (about 85) and the manager. The old guy was trying to
return something that he bought and the manager was trying to tell him that there would be a 15% restocking fee. The old guy was not having any of
this and I don't blame him and the manager was talking to this guy like he was a total piece of shit. Very condescending, no respect what so ever and
it was totally out of line. The look on the elderly guys face was of total defeat, you could tell he was just so down on the fact that this prick was
giving him a hard time about this.
So the manager comes to the back of the store with a staff member and starts talking shit about this old guy. Calling him a jerk off and a pain in the
ass and so on. I stepped in at this point and told him that is no way to treat an older person and that he has earned the right to be treated with
respect. The manager tells me to mind my own business. I walk up to him and I tell him this is what is wrong with society, I explain myself in a
respectful manner and you just don't get the point you don't want to listen so unfortunately I have to do this. BANG I punch him in the mouth and down
he goes, out cold on the floor. I asked the other staff member if he had a problem with this, he says no. I went to the front and told the elderly guy
that I was sorry about that, but he needed that to happen. He tells me "good show chap", shakes my hand and I leave.
hahahaha no cops have showed up to my house yet so I am guessing I am in the clear.
What a day. Well have a good weekend guys.
MM.

DUDE! GOOD FOR YOU MY BROTHER. Hate to promote violence but that was well justified. All the more better that the old man got to see it.

That has restored my hope in the human race. That was a very Eastwood-esque move. Keep up the good work.

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

Fucking awesome!!!
I think about what I would do if I ever saw someone treat my 89 year old grandfather like that. He is my hero and taught me more about life and
living than anyone.
He has been through WWII, Korean War, Vietnam and still smiles everyday and is kind to everyone and has earned the right to be respected long ago.
Nice work man. I wish it was on tape.
