it must come up on ebay every once and a while. there aren't any rare tracks, so someone like yourself that collects everything should be able to
pick it up cheap.

Yes, in the tomes of hardcore nerdery those'd be samplers. I was thinking of comp comp's like Wild Things etc.

yeah, you're right, i just wasn't thinking it through when i replied.
a proper comp is FAR more work than we'd be willing to put into a release.
HA!

yeah i wouldn't recommend it. a logistic nightmare...a sales nightmare usually...and too many bands to organize on a set schedule. ngs did way too
many and probably part of the reason i soured on the label....before the final souring from neglect.

if it any's consoloation jason, NGS is/was without a doubt one of my favourite labels in recent years.
i'd have never heard Insult To Injury without your efforts!
i can testify how difficult it is to do a comp too. we've only done one 'proper' comp for Rucktion and it took about four years to make it a reality.

My suggestion for this topic.... Damage Case. http://www.myspace.com/damagecase Some former members of Spazm 151 in there although aside from playing fast as fuck and being fucking great in
general, I wouldn't say the two bands have much in common.

Stout dropped Wolverine Blues when they played London recently.
It came out of nowhere and I just remember seeing tons of kids faces light up as soon as Tad announced it.

Hardey They Fall is a new band from Southern Ontario that has released their first album online. I've re-hosted it because megaupload sucks. This
will be taken down soon, limited time freebie http://fastsh.it/Harder%20They%20Fall.rar
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

I just got the new Urban Blight 12" in flac format, I can send you that if you are interested. I posted their link earlier, haven't had time to listen
to it yet but I can transcode it to mp3 to make it smaller before sending.

hopefully july or august man
the majority of the recording is all done.
just sorting out artwork and final mix and all that shit.
we're really happy with the way it's sounding at the moment though so i'm just as keen to get it all done.
