Ramallah is instant gratification music. Literally from the second any song starts its fucking full on. No build up bullshit. I personally think Kill
A Celebrity is one of the best albums Ive heard in years.
As far as bands that sound like them, they are few and far between and I like it like that.

I consider Madball to be positive hardcore of sorts. Their lyrics are uplifting and positive but their music is hard and angry. They make me feel good
when I listen to them.
It's tough to find bands that sound like another. Bands can copy other bands' sounds or just coincidentally sound similar but it's really hard to
re-capture the essence of a band and what makes them great. So you're usually chasing shadows when you try to find a similar sounding band.
For example, 5 years ago there were 10,000 bands saying they sounded like the Rolling stones. None of them did. The only other act I've stumbled upon
that captured what The Stones did well was the first 4 albums by Rod Stewart and his work with the Faces. Every other act that claimed similarities
were just aping a sound but missed the whole point.
On a side note, Rob is gonna sing on the new recording by The Unloved. Which means he will have to set foot in the Outpost. Which means he will have
to talk to Jim. Which could potentially lead to some sort of recording project. Who knows?

I agree. Madball is feel good music, especially when it comes down to talking about family and family being what matters... especially in the hard
times. Nuestra Familia is probably my favorite track by them.

Still need more bands on the lyrical level of Ramallah, now I don't care if they are new or old. I'm still listening to Ramallah & Propagandhi daily
along with some other stuff. With all the Iran propaganda floating around on the news now & Israel expanding it's West Bank settlements even more and
0 media attention to this illegal land grab spitting in the face of the UN, USA & Palestinians, the lyric of bands like this keep me from stopping in
the middle of the city and shooting everyone I see.
