the Burden (new band from Houston)

We started a band, some of us have been in bands together, all of us have been in way too many bands that I'm gonna name (talk shit) - Ten Crowns, I AM WOLF, Grave Robbers, The Jonbenet, Wrong Again, Crow's Feet, Your Mistake. We don't think we sound like any of these, we may or may not have something coming out on Holy Terror hopefully sooner or later. Regardless we just recorded an ep entitled "Catholic Guilt", 2 rough mix songs (Swastika and Depressed Breath) are up on our myspace, tear it to shreds over the interwebz.

Haven't listened to the songs yet. But I do gotta be the bearer of bad news and inform you that there is a band called The Burden in GMM Records' back catalog. Maybe you don't care..... you probably won't find anyone that will care about that. But it's better to hear it now than later.

First off i'd like to quickly mention how awesome it is that mark fucking lind is my bearer of bad news. Seriously i've been following everything you've done since dark days ( ducky boys, dirty water, sinners and saints, solo stuff, fuck!). Anywho you're a faggot if u dont back what mark lind does. I met u at fitz in houston when i was 16, im 25, damn youre old ha. Ok, i collect gmm stuff and have most of their back catalog, so yea, we know. Theres no band thats active right now w the Burden as their name(theres burdens...) regardless we got that shit on copyright! Steve i miss u man, its been too long.
